Order Processing
 
At Adamas Jewelry Co., we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as five business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our 21-day return policy, detailed below.
 
Shipping 
 
 FREE shipping on orders over $300.00!  Many items are in-stock and will ship within five to seven business days (Monday - Friday). Please call for estimated time frame for Customized items, it could range from one to six weeks depending on degree of Customization.

Destinations:
We ship to all destinations within the United States, as well as internationally to Canada, Great Britain, and Germany. Please call for shipping to other countries, we'll be glad to assist you.

Military APO/FPO Addresses: APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for deSavelivery from the APO/FPO processing center to you.

Delivery time: Approximately 2-3 days delivery from time of shipment
  • Purchases up to $100.00: $8.00 shipping & handling
  • Purchases $100.01 - $300.00: $12.00 shipping & handling
  • Purchases of $300.01 and higher : FREE shipping
FedEx 2nd Day Air: (Residence & Business addresses only, no P.O. Boxes):
Delivery time: 2 days from time of shipment

  • Purchase of $300.01 and higher: FREE shipping

International Rates:
 
USPS International: In most cases, we will ship USPS International Priority Mail, available to over 190 countries. Our check out accomodates Canada, Great Britain, and Germany - Please contact us to inquire about shipping to other countries.
 
The USPS international rate of $45.00 includes customs clearance and delivery process fee at time of delivery, and insurance. This is an approximate charge, and if your shipping is less, we will refund the difference. Thank you for your understanding.
 
All rates are subject to change without notice. 
Security/Insurance Protection
 
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information and approximate delivery time. All packages are fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or replacement. Customized Orders cannot be returned.


Returns are easy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for a replacement or an exchange within 21 days of purchase. Customized Orders cannot be returned.

You must:
  • Print and complete a Merchandise Return form.  To do so, you will need the original order number. Go to Account Administration > View Order History.  Find your order by order date or order number and select it.  Then select "Print Return Label".  You can click here to go directly to the View Order History page.
  • Follow the instructions on the Merchandise Return Form. Please make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the form you include inside the package.
  • The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories, including any Diamond Certificates (Diamond Certificates carry a $250.00 replacement fee).
  • All items must be in their Original Condition. We cannot exchange or refund any merchandise that show signs of having been worn, resized, engraved or altered in any way. All returns will be fully inspected..
  • Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping.
  • All returns must be sent fully insured. For items that cost $500.00 or more ship your package US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and with Return Receipt for confirmation that your shipment has arrived at Adamas Jewelry Co.

  • Please Note:
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged or uninsured packages will be returned to the sender.

The item Must be received at Adamas Jewelry Co. within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of shipment of the order from Adamas Jewelry Co. Any items received after 21 (twenty One) days from the shipment date will not be accepted for exchange. Please note that Registered Mail can take around a week.
Any Customized Orders cannot be returned.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

International orders cannot be returned.

Adamas Jewelry cannot be responsible for loss or damage on return shipments.

Orders placed in our Retail Store are subject to the return policy posted at our physical location.

All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
