We have tried to give as accurate a description as space will allow. Please allow for some variation in dimensions due to the handcrafted and natural variation of the items. You can also call or email for further clarification.

These items are priced for a $400.00 Gold Market. Metals and Gemstone prices are in constant fluctuation; Gold is now around $650.00, if an items’ price is going to be much different we will let you know!

We are not photographers so please allow for variations in color due to photography, and printing. Some products may also appear larger or smaller than they really are due to variations in Monitors, etc. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.

RETURNS.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for a replacement or an exchange within 21 days of purchase.

1. Returns and exchanges require an authorization number; you can either fill out our online Return form or call.

Packages without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted for Return.

2. Return must be complete with all the original packaging, Certificates or any other information that was supplied with it (Any Diamond Certificates carry a $250.00 replacement fee).

All items must be in their Original Condition. We cannot exchange or refund any merchandise that show signs of having been worn, resized, engraved or altered in any way. All returns will be fully inspected..

3. All returns must be sent fully insured.

For items that cost $500.00 or more ship your package US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and with Return Receipt for confirmation that your shipment has arrived at Adamas Jewelry Co.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged or uninsured packages will be returned to the sender.

The item Must be received at Adamas Jewelry Co. within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of shipment of the order from Adamas Jewelry Co. Any items received after 21 (twenty One) days from the shipment date will not be accepted for exchange. Please note that Registered Mail can take around a week.

Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

International orders cannot be returned.

Adamas Jewelry cannot be responsible for loss or damage on return shipments.

Orders placed in our Retail Store are subject to the return policy posted at our physical location.
